Who We Are:
My name is Rupert Francisco, JD. You can find my full Bio on the Leadership tab; I have been an entrepreneur since 1983. I was formerly the Head of Litigation at the Law Offices of Rupert Francisco. I was an Adjunct Business Law Instructor at age 27. We operate one of the oldest Asset Protection firms in the U.S. We have been in the Entertainment business for in excess of 35 years. TimelyNIL.com is a subsidiary of our Personal Management Company, Timely Entertainment, LLC. When it comes to “your (NIL) business,” you’ll be hard-pressed to find any firm that can handle it better than we can. No other company operating in the NIL space can even spell “Asset Protection.” This is a service you need so that no one can separate you from your NIL monies. Our competitive advantage is the range of services we can offer to secure your financial future.
Our Business Philosophy:
Across all of our companies and service offerings, we follow the “You First” mantra. That is: Our Clients’ interests always come ahead of ours. We strive to make certain that each client is better off for having done business with us. We make sure each encounter is a “win-win” for both the client and our entities. We do not, and will not ever, engage in a Zero-Sum game where we come out ahead of our client’s interests. We treat all clients with dignity and respect. As between a client and our company, if someone has to lose, we will take the loss.
We DON’T want to sell you anything. We understand that not all things are for all people. Our goal is to present you with information/knowledge that you don’t have because “NIL” is not what you do for a living. So, at this site (under the OUR SERVICES tab), we give you all the information you need so that you can decide if what we have to offer is a good fit for you. We will never shortchange or take advantage of you.
We are not motivated by money. We do not worship money. We charge reasonable fees for the services we deliver. We will never try to get rich at your expense.
